For Proxy Providers / Partners

Should you wish to provide PrishanTeK with qualified candidates on a recurring basis, we are open to discussion. Please review PrishanTeK’s minimum expectations concerning presentation and placement to facilitate a smooth and efficient working relationship.

Mentioned below are key business precepts you would be required to observe in such an arrangement:

PrishanTeK must have on file a current/valid copy of your company's:
Articles of Incorporation Certificate of Insurance (naming PrishanTeK, Inc. as additional Insured)
Federal Tax Identification Number

There will necessarily exist a fully executed contract which encompasses the terms and conditions of our business relationship.

PrishanTeK must have a current/valid copy of your employee's H-1B Visa;

PrishanTeK expects that candidates referred to us for presentation to a specific client will:
Not be forwarded by you to other consulting services for presentation to the same client firm
Be exclusively committed for placement through PrishanTeK for a period 24 hours from the time of the interview with the Client Firm

The agreed upon pay scale will remain in effect for 12 months from the inception date of the contract. Should the scope of the contract significantly change during the first 12 months, PrishanTeK will renegotiate the pay rate with the client firm

You will be required to keep PrishanTeK current on any changes in the status/availability related to all employees presently in the process of qualifying or presenting

All employees supplied by you will complete a PrishanTeK Consultant Application form at the time they meet with the PrishanTeK technical recruiter

You will be required to provide three manager-attested work reference letters or contact phone numbers for previous employment for those employees scheduled for presentation to a client firm

PrishanTeK will process a background check on all employees hired by one of its client firms.
